Hello!

I recently bought Winstep Extreme but, acidentally, i provided the wrong e-mail, so i'm unable to redeem my Winstep Extreme activation code.

Billing Information
Order ID: ( 2021-0609-1722-40-023 (44677997) ).
Order Total: USD 29.95

I also sent this via e-mail to support@winstep.net

Anyone can help me? Did i do everything correct? Thanks in advance.

You'll have to contact BMS Micro Support - do a search in this forum to find details of how to contact them. And don't let them fob you off telling you to contact Winstep - it's their problem to deal with in the first instance.

Besides, the owner/developer of Winstep and admin of this board is temporarily absent due to unforeseen circumstances so as Winstep is a one-man operation there is nobody here who could take it up for you at the moment. For news on the situation see service announcements in the "Announcements" forum.
