well i asked bmt-service for a new key but the just answerd me that they forward my request to winstep customer service - but from them i didnt get an answer till yet

I bought winstep xtreme and got confirmation e-mail with a registration key but on double clicking on it - it says its not valid i also tried the troubleshooting steps but still dont work i allready asked customer support - but maybe thats an known issue maybe another user or a moderator can help how to fix it. |

Only thing that comes to mind is that you didnt instal Xtreme but some other version? |

You can require another registration key. Maybe it works. |
