Hi everyone, I’m quite new to Nexus so can someone please tell me how to remove the visual indicator? Thanks in advance!

I presume you mean the indicator on shortcuts of running apps - easy, just go to 'Dock Properties' (from the dock's context menu) and the 'Content' tab and it's the third option down. Not sure why or even that you'd want to get rid of them though....
