left-clicking task icon to toggle restore/minimize doesn't work properly on a maximized window. It doesn't minimize the window.

left-clicking task icon to toggle restore/minimize doesn't work properly on a maximized window. It doesn't minimize the window.

How strange. That works for me. If it's maximized but not in front of all other windows, the first left-click brings it to the front. The second left-click minimizes it. |

This only works if "Always over other windows" is selected. Where "Same as other windows" is selected by default. And if this option is selected, hovering from the bottom brings the dock to front. So I have to slowly double click to minimize it. Fast double click opens a new window.
