make the bar appear and disappear with a command

Hello,
I'm looking for help. As per object. Using two keys I can call the bar, make it appear. Would it be possible to make it disappear by always using the same keys?
so you can go up and down without waiting for the fade?
Sorry for my English
Thanks

Hi, you can toggle the taskbar using a hotkey only hotspot that executes an internal command.

Open NextStart preferences (right click the Start icon) select Hotspot tab, and add a new hotspot.

However you need to be clear whether you are toggling the Windows taskbar (using Hide/Show Taskbar), or the Nextstart taskbar (using Hide/Show Tasklist) - Note: the latter assumes that the Tasklist is part of the NextStart taskbar. See screen shot below for NextStart taskbar toggle:

I find that toggling the NextStart taskbar displays the Windows taskbar, but as this is set to auto-hide it promptly disappears. I haven't determined a way of preventing this yet.

That may be sufficient for your needs.

Ahh, sorry, I assumed (incorrectly) that when you said 'bar' you were referring to the taskbar and not a dock.

Anyway, I am pleased that you were able to resolve your query.
