Hi guys, can anyone please clear up the misunderstanding or explain clearly what's the difference between these two.

Err, there is no such thing as Nexus Extreme [sic!] - there are only Nexus (free version), Nexus Ultimate, and Winstep Xtreme. For a comparison among these, follow the link in the previous post.
