The current weather on the icon hasn't been right since yesterday. It says 56 degrees but it's currently 89 degrees. If I mouseover the icon to see the 5 day forecast, which actually only shows today/tomorrow, then it shows the correct temperature.

How do I fix this?

Something could be wrong with the weather server you're using. What happens if you right-click on the weather module then left-click on 'Check Weather'?

Have you checked your settings? Right-click on the weather module then left-click on Weather Module Settings.

Under the list of cities, it will have the city that you chose. Under that, there's a pulldown. Make sure it isn't set to 'Never'. Mine is set to 'On the Hour'.

Nothing changes when I click Check Weather. It has never done anything when I click that. I made a post in the past asking why that option never seems to do anything.

Yes my settings are correct. I haven't changed anything. My update time was set to Quarter Past.

It seems to be showing the right temperature at the moment but it's nighttime so it might be a coincidence. I did change cities just now to test it and it looks right. But it didn't show the right temps during the daytime. It was always in the 50s when it's supposed to be in the 80s. I'll check again tomorrow during the day to see if it fixed itself.

If I remember correctly, I think there's some sort of delay issue with the moon module on the older version I'm using, but I don't remember if the weather module has the same problem.

Has there been a Nexus update recently?

Yea there's a problem with the weather module. It's 81 degrees right now and it shows 58. When I change to a different city in a different state and compare it with a weather website's temp it looks correct. But everything in my area seems to be all wrong.

When the weather icon shows the moon does that mean it's nighttime? Because it's always showing the moon.

If there was a new update or beta for Nexus I could try installing that?

Yep, there's a problem with the temps. My module is also showing incorrectly.

I deleted all of the entries in the Weather Module Settings under 'Advanced' and left them blank to see what it would do. Nothing changed. I even added a site, but that didn't work either. Obviously, the site I tried isn't designed to work with the module. To put all of the links back, just click on Default.

I don't have the latest version of Xtreme, so I don't know if that will correct the problem.

I'm waiting for Jorge's return, and I assume a new update.

In the meantime, if you want an accurate reading, right-click on the weather module, left-click on Detailed Weather Conditions.

Weather is working correctly here. Perhaps it's a problem with your particular location?

Anyway, if you are still having this issue, right click on the weather icon and select "Weather Monitor Settings". With the Weather Monitor Settings dialog open, click on the 'Get Weather' button - this will create a raw log of the information received from the weather servers.

Navigate to C:\Users\Public\Documents\WinStep\, look for a file named 'Weather.log', open it in Notepad and post the contents here.

Jorge, please provide how to post the log file here. I tried, but I got an error message that reads: The extension log is not allowed.

I didn't bother trying to use a third-party site because I'm not sure if there's something in there that needs to be redacted for privacy reasons why this site won't accept it since the file is so tiny, or there's some other reason why it won't accept it.

Just rename the .log file extension to .txt and open the file in Notepad, then copy paste the contents here.

According to that log there is no reason not to show the 4 day MSN weather forecast.
