Guys, how do I adjust the position and size of these buttons? See attached.

You can't adjust the size, those are always 16x16 pixel PNG or ICO images, but the position can be adjusted by changing the offsets in the shelf theme configuration file:

LHOffset = 0
LVOffset = 0
RHOffset = 0
RVOffset = 0

Where L = Left, R = Right, H = Horizontal , V = Vertical
