 Post subject: Product Refund

I was wondering how long does it take for a refund request to be honored, I submitted two requests to support@winstep.net, one on the Jan 12th, and another on Jan 13th, and have yet to get a response, is there a special form I need to fill out for a refund?

Please send an email to BMT Micro's customer service with your order number, they're the ones dealing with everything related to online commerce and will take care of it for you. :D

What version of Windows are you running, by the way?

Also on the email I received after my purchase has orders@bmtmicro.com, is this the same as "Customer Service"? Because it says if you have any Billing questions...
