First things first:

Do NOT give the application Admin privileges. You REALLY REALLY do not want to do that to a program launcher, as anything you launch with it will then also run with the admin privileges. The application SPECIFICALLY warns you NOT to do that on startup.

Try dragging & dropping mp3 files to the Audio Files panel instead. Also, click the Rename buttton to give the playlist a meaningful name.
