 Post subject: help with auto hide on nexus dock?

so i just got nexus dock and i really like it. But i wanna know how to make it automatically hide in full screen only? Cause i watch movies and play games a lot so this can get kind of annoying. thanks.

Simple answer - RTFM. Err, OK, there isn't one at present. However, look through the various options in Preferences and/or Dock Properties and it becomes blindingly obvious.

Reading the Board Rules and Guidelines would have guided you to do a search of the forum for your topic, which more than likely would have yielded at least several previous answers to that.

Not sure I understand your question, sorry... when you run an application or a game in FULL SCREEN, the application will always run ABOVE the dock (i.e. the dock is not visible). Furthermore, the dock will temporarily deactivate all dock activation methods until you exit the full screen application so as to not interfere with it.

Now, if you mean MAXIMIZED windows, that is a completely different beast.

If that is the case (but given your description I don't think so) AND your dock is set to be Always On Top of other windows, open that dock's Properties dialog -> Behavior tab -> Select 'Auto-hide for maximized applications when always on top'
