I've just had to reformat my Windows 11 install, and in doing so I lost my original Nexus Dock setup (free version). I've pretty much set it all back up to where I had it, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the program/window preview thumbnail on hover to appear like I used to have.

At the moment the behaviour on hover is to pop-up a text tool tip with yellow text giving a summary of the program, but not an image preview of the programs currently open windows - such as the vanilla windows behaviour. e.g you hover on the file explorer and it will show you all open file explorer windows.

Open Nexus Preferences and go to the Contents tab.

First you need to enable 'show running applications in this dock'. Second you should also enable 'combine dock icons with running applications'.

This ought to do it.

P.S. There are more settings related to showing running applications in the dock in the Tasks tab of Preferences.
