Hello!

I am looking for a program similar to RocketDock and my friend suggested Winstep. So here I am feeling silly but still asking the question that is irrelevant for most but important for me.

I want a "bar" like RocketDock but RocketDock doesn't really suit me because of the fact that you can only have 1 bar. Is it true that I can have for example 2 "bars" in Winstep?

OK, I do suppose you know that RocketDock has long gone the way of the Dodo? (And ObjectDock hasn't been developed in years either.) So, you have a choice between Nexus free version (limited), Nexus Ultimate, and Winstep Xtreme.

Only the last two of those let you have multiple docks IIRC (the term 'bar' is misleading, as it is more properly applied to a taskbar or a deskbar - a dock is quite a different beast ). For a comparison of features have a look here: https://www.winstep.net/buynow/xtreme.asp and scroll down.
