Are any or all of these Winstep products fully compatible with Windows 11 for ARM?

I am looking for a desktop organizer for my new Surface Pro X (SQ2). I have used Fences on X64 machines, but it doesn't play nicely with ARM.

Nope, Winstep apps are Intel only, and there are no ARM versions at least at present and I doubt there ever will be (not even sure they could be ported to ARM).
