 Post subject: Incorrect purchase - company help

I have emailed support 3 times with no answer, maybe a company person will see this.

I installed the trial of Nexus to see it is could replace my DellDock app. I then decided to buy it but when I went to the website I ended up buying the Win Start Menu by accident. Is there anyway to cancel this license (it has not been used) and get me the key for my Nexus install?

I also asked if there was some way to upgrade to extreme or the Winstep Xtreme - Home Network Edition and pay the additional?
