Can Nexus prevent the System Tray apps from being magnified? They are all small and look very blurry when magnified.

Yes and No. System tray icons are provided by the applications themselves, and since in the taskbar they are typically 16x16 images, applications do not bother providing larger versions. Nexus can only work with what is there.

This is why one of the features of the paid versions (Nexus Ultimate and Winstep Xtreme) is the ability to customize system tray icons with your own high resolution versions. The paid versions even ship with some high resolution image replacements for the more common system icons.

you can always disable magnify effect for the dock in question

... or that.
