An hour ago I ordered Nexus Ultimate. I was surprised to find out that I didn't receive the product immediately, instead, my order is being processed. any idea how long the processing can take? |

Usually it's immediate, unless something happened with the order or the payment method. I don't see anything on the pending sales table, and don't see any order with the email address you used to post here either. Did you get any email from BMT Micro (receipt, order acknowledgement)? Anyway, please send an email to Winstep support with the details you used when ordering and I'll try contacting them to figure out what happened (you can try contacting them yourself too, if you want, since they're the ones dealing with everything payment related). |
