I have stumbled across random issues that 'almost' self-correct themselves? I have no problem if the latter in the title, being a theme flaw, because that's fixable in design specifications.
This being said, applications occasionally seem to completely lose their default icon on the taskbar and shunt them to hidden tasks (pic) or show where marked in this picture, that something is open with an indented placeholder and no icon??

I checked H/W as in GPU for faults and more in H/W.
I have no idea what it is but the theme now since drafting this has been interchanged, and after a period of time, no matter the theme, even the jcrabbit Winstep downloadable themes do the same.

Nothing surprises me with Windows but it's weird and any answers I have not thought about are welcome and appreciated.

I'm not sure at all if that is what you are referring to, but some applications instead of minimizing to the taskbar will minimize to the system tray. That's usually an option in the application itself.

No argument but VLC, Opera and the Windows windows are all doing it and none are set for the tray. So no idea.

Found the issue - Windows bug.... no surprises there...

Started on a Win 11 Turquoise / aquamarine theme... rough as guts... sort of works... have to get rid of the sloppiness.... getting there.. Will need to replace pico's moon and also my rough calendar and sharpen it all up... WIP

This said the transparency works great with the turquoise Windows logo
