Fast Boot doesn't works

At the start of Windows (10) I don't want to see Windows taskbar and desktop icons ! It worked very well before, but since I've reinstall a new Winstep Nexus Ultimate with a new license key and reinstall Windows 10 on my computer, the Fast Boot is ticked but doesn't works ... it begins to show me Windows taskbart and the desktop icons before switch to Nexus Ultimate Taskbar !
I've untick and tick the option but it doesn't work !

Is there someone with the same problem, do you know a solution please ?
