 Post subject: NEXUS Ultimate Renewal PROBLEM

Hello,

I own your amazing NEXUS Ultimate.

The other day I received a message in your software that my subscription license was about to expire on April 1, 2023.

I then went to your site, entered the purchase page, entered my login credentials and completed the renewal with paypal.

After that I received an e-mail from you confirming that the renewal was successful.

Now, despite that, the software keeps telling me that I have to renew to get new updates, etc. etc.

I think I missed something. Unfortunately, I deleted the e-mail, thinking it was just a renewal notification :oops: :cry:

Now, I think it contains maybe a ( serial ? ) or something to actually renew the software.

That said, now I need to know how to let Nexus know that I have renewed :-)

If the email contained the key for renewal, please send it again. If not, please explain how I can solve this problem.

Your purchase was made from BMT Micro. You will have to contact them via their website and explain that you accidentally deleted their email/s and ask them to re-send. This will include the new license key and instructions how to apply this. Follow those to the letter. And save all email and attachments, together with your Winstep configuration backups, to an external drive or key for future reference.
