 Post subject: How to add colour palettes to the dock Icons

So I downloaded a nexus dock present online, and It makes all the icons I put in the dock have a red and black colouration. I'm looking to customise it, but I don't know how to change the colours ti different ones. Can anyone help?

By default, all icons will normally by displayed in exactly the same colours as displayed by Windows. You are not using some sort of 'cracked' version, are you? Very odd things can happen with those.

my icons are also red, I am using legit version of windows.

It wasn't a question of a legit - or not - version of Windows but of Nexus Ultimate.
