You should never, ever identify any personal details like your name, email, etc. in a public space such as a forum. While I have removed them in your post here, I also have forwarded your details to Jorge Coelho aka user "Winstep", the sole proprietor and coder of Winstep.
Email support is on hold at the moment, as informed in the notice posted in this forum, as well as elsewhere. And so is support via PM, which in any case should really only be used where Jorge has specifically requested it.
Please note that you should always keep your registration key file and other details relating to it in a backup on an external medium such as a USB hard disk or a USB Flash Stick/memory stick, along also with a backup of your Winstep settings. If your key is not the latest/current one, i.e. if it has expired, it may prove impossible to provide a replacement.
Also please note that there is no such thing as 'Nexus Xtreme'. You must be using either Nexus Ultimate or Winstep Xtreme - two entirely different beasts.
