 Post subject: wrong mail during the purchase process

Hi

I ordered Winstep Xtreme. But I accidentally entered a wrong Email address during the purchase process.

The Email I wrote is not mine so I can’t access it to have the license key.

I have been emailing sales@winstep.net and support@winstep.net for a week. No answer yet.

Well, if you had done the sensible thing you would have got to know the forum a bit before posting ((and read the Board Rules and Guidelines, too!), and you might just have seen a fairly prominent post stating that email support is not available for the time being and support only given in this forum, as and when necessary/possible.

You also might have done a search of the forum for any topics similar to your issue and discovered what common sense alone should have told you already. Namely, that you bought the software from BMT Micro, not from Winstep, and that therefore it is BMT Micro's support that you need to sort your problem out with - if indeed it can be sorted, given that it's your fault anyway for providing a wrong email address and thus they are not liable actually.
