My 1st time, but was told to join a forum and ask where my license and other things I purchased this morning are. I bought the ultimate winstep nexus, which is awesome but I haven't heard anything from you guys. I even sent 2 emails to customer service. Someone please contact me, my address is not SPAM. 1)When new to a board/forum, read - and abide by - this : HERE

2) Get programme name right - it's Nexus Ultimate!

3) Didn't anybody ever tell you not to share your personal details in public?

4) Do a search or two in this forum and you'll find tons of posts dealing with your query, eliminating the need for you to post and avoiding wasting my very scarce time.

5) You bought the license from BMT Micro - it's down to their support to sort out your problem.
