Looking for assistance. Recently purchased Nexus Ultimate through the website using PayPal. Sent an email and waited 48 hours as described in the Support page with no response.

I just created this account to check the forums for support, and only realized that the support email is backlogged.

Hi! The email with the license key was sent (it's automatic) to your hotmail address. Did you check your spam folder?

Anyway, I just forwarded it to both your hotmail and outlook.com addresses.

Can you please confirm receiving it?

And you didn't get your original email because your hotmail addressed bounced with a 'mailbox unavailable' error. Perhaps you mistyped it?

Very strange, definitely checked in my spam folder with no correspondence.
