Have had the program for a few years and my computer crashed. Got it up and running and have the registration number but the program Nexus won't accept it.Don't know what to do now.

Please remember - details, details, details! What exactly do you do to register the programme?

Do you have your original keyfile or its archived form, Ultimate.wsxkey? And which version was it for?

As Nexter said. What do you mean by "won't accept it' ? Exactly what happens when you follow the instructions to register Xtreme?

Also, since you have been customer for many years, are you sure you are not using an old license key by mistake to register the latest version of Winstep Xtreme?
