How to show running apps on the left, and pins on the right?

I usually click on running apps more than clicking on the pins; and feel more comfortable when clicking on the left side because mostly contents are on the left.

Is it possible to switch running app icons to the left, and pins to the right? (I'm docking Nexus at bottom)

that setting is interesting, especially using together with Double Click to Open.

Click to switch window, doubleclick to open new window.
