However, after the duplication is complete, NextStart becomes unresponsive. I wanted to see if anyone else has come across this or if you have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot and resolve it.

Does that "disregard" in the topic title mean you managed to figure out what was happening? Either way, duplicating a shelf/dock/drawer should have no effect on NextSTART.
