I am using Soundswitch to quickly switch audio I/O combinations via a hotkey (ctrl+shift+F1). Is is possible to have a hotspot that when activated would send a user defined hotkey instead?

However, in short, no, not possible.

Thanks for pointing out the fact that no, it cannot be done. I crafted a workaround by writing a Python script to send the hotkey and had a nextstart hotspot execute the script. Not a bad little hack.

Thanks for pointing out the search result as well. The issue with searching, is that sometimes the answer applies only to older versions.
