 Post subject: Taskbar does not appear

I have Nexus Ultimate installed. Although I use my Nexus dock, I have the taskbar located on the left side of the screen to use it at certain times.

I have the taskbar set to auto hide.
If I press the home key, the taskbar does open, but when I hover over that area the taskbar does not open.

Is it possible to fix this?
I use Windows 10.

As there is no taskbar replacement in Nexus Ultimate, you must be referring to the Windblows Taskbar. No idea, I'm afraid, virtually never use it.

Not sure how this is related to the Winstep application? Does this also happen if Nexus Ultimate is NOT running?
