I'm not sure what kind of issue this is since I could've sworn I've fixed it before, but I use Directory Opus as a replacement for Explorer. I can click the Recycler module and it would open the Recycle Bin in DOpus as expected. Now it suddenly opens in Explorer while the normal desktop link opens in DOpus.

How does the module normally work to open the Recycle Bin? Is there some way I could change/correct this?

The Winstep application gets the CLSID of the Recycle Bin via SHGetSpecialFolderLocation and then calls ShellExecuteEx with the "Open" verb to open an Explorer window showing the contents of the Windows Recycle Bin.

What's weird is that it just suddenly started working again and I don't know why. I have to assume this is just another difficulty with Windows/Explorer itself.

Computers, bah humbug! I seriously wish we could go back to the abacus! :P

(And to the horse and carts etc., mechanical, manual-everything film cameras, and.... and.... and.... ;) )

The previous post was in reply to a suspected spammer, who now added his spam to his post resulting in his banning and deletion of spam post. I just knew it was coming but thought I'd give him the benefit of the doubt. Just smelled like a spammy spammer arse biscuit.
