 Post subject: Xtreme problem with purchase

Good morning, first of all I am new here, and I am eager to enter this world, I have had a problem with the purchase of the xtreme, I have put one less extra in the email purchase, the letter L of hotmaiL, I have sent 3 emails to support and sales detailing the problem and attaching the purchase invoice, but they do not answer me, I sent them on 11/10, could you help me? From already thank you very much

In the first place you should have checked out this Board's Board Rules and Guidelines, with particular reference to posting. Then you should have done a search of this forum for your issue which would have told you that you're contactine the wrong address - your beef is with BMT Micro.

Also, Email Support etc. at Winstep is currently suspended as you would have discovered if you'd bothered to look around this forum just a little bit.

I'm sorry for not knowing the rules and I understand that there are smart people who only come in to solve the problem and disappear, it's not my case, but thank you anyway for responding, greetings

Apologies for the delay in replying, this could have been handled directly with BMT Micro, the payment processor.

Anyway, check your email, I've forwarded a copy of the original email with your license key. :D
