Hello,
I downloaded the Batmanskin from wincustomize to test it. The preview image shows a gallery, a media player, an equaliser, a playlist and a hard disk overview. How can I integrate / use these skins?

The apps/applets you list are not part of Winstep nor of the Winstep theme but are skinned separately. You just install the Winstep skin as normal. If you don't know how to install it, do a search of this forum for that. Also, please read the Board Rules and Guidelines for among other things valuable hints and tips about posting.
