Hi
How can i add apps installed from out the microsoft store to the dock?

Open the Windows Start Menu, click All Apps, drag & drop from the Windows Start Menu to the dock.

OR

Set the dock to display running applications, run the App, right click on the App on the right side of the dock when it appears and select 'Pin to Dock'.
