Post subject:  CPU meter won't stay put

I have a three monitor setup. CPU Meter lives top left on monitor 1. It's been like that for years.
Since a recent update, it won't stay there. Even though 'Lock Position' is ticked, it sometimes appears on Monitor 2 instead after a reboot.
I then have to unset 'Lock Position', move it back to the right place and then set 'Lock Position' again.
Any ideas??

Do all monitors have the same screen resolution?

Yes - all 1920 x 1080.
One is VGA, one HDMI and one DVI. I've noticed that sometime other windows move after the monitors come out of sleep. Maybe it's the same problem?

Probably. If Windows thinks one of the monitors has been turned off instead of being in standby (LG OLED screens will do this when they run pixel refresher, for instance) it will move windows around. Winstep will do the same if the desktop module is suddenly in a (now) non-visible portion of the screen(s).

Anyway, I should release a beta soon that, as chance would have it, improved on memorizing where the desktop modules are positioned at whenever there is a display change (screen resolution change or monitors being added/removed) via the built-in multi monitor profiles. Stay tuned.

You're running Xtreme, so give THIS a try (don't forget to exit all running Winstep applications before running setup) and please let me know if it fixed the issue with the desktop CPU meter.
