I have a similar, but not identical, issue, so it is better to reopen this thread instead of making a new one. I am using Winstep Nexus Ultimate.

I only have a laptop - I move too much to own a PC setup. However, I have external monitors both at home and at work to plug in to. My 2 docks are set to be on the laptop screen, but *occasionally* (maybe once every 2-3 weeks) the second dock will jump to the external monitor. It doesn't take much to set it back in its place, but it is also slightly annoying.

Does this also happen with v23.11 or are you still running an older version?

Also, what exactly triggers this behavior?

I'm still running the older version (v22.7). The only trigger I am aware of is plugging in the external monitor, but as I said, it only happens occasionally.

v23.11 made important changes to how display changes are handled. It's possible (but I cannot guarantee) that this fixed your issue.
