Post subject:  How to stop Nexus from automatically docking to screen edge?

I have Nexus undocked and tend to move the icon around if it gets in the way. If I move it too close to the edge of the screen, it automatically docks to the edge and I have to go to the settings to undock it. This is extremely irritating when I move the icon from one screen to another (I run four screens) because it will dock to an edge when cross between screens. After docking, it won't accept Alt-mouse to move it until I undock it.

Is there any way to keep the Nexus icon undocked even when close to or crossing a screen edge?

Dock Properties (or Nexus Preferences when running the free version of Nexus, which is not your case) -> Behavior tab -> More Options button -> clear 'Enable Snap-to screen edges'.

That setting is global so disabling snap-to there will disable that behavior for all docks, shelves, etc

Thank you! I had no idea that box existed. Usually I know my way around the preferences but that one escaped me.
