When I press WIN-D it minimizes Nexus too. (W10)

In the Behavior tab of Nexus Preferences (or Dock Properties if running Nexus Ultimate/Winstep Xtreme) is the 'Keep this dock visible when pressing WIN+D (Show Desktop)' setting checked?

Also, what version of Nexus are you running (top right corner of the About tab in Preferences) ?
