Good news on the Win 64 bit front!
Marty Felker, a long time Winstep user, just managed to install NextSTART and WorkShelf on Windows 64 bit. The
only problem is that the 64 bit version no longer includes the VB5 runtime libraries with the OS. All this means is that, prior to installing Winstep software, you will have to download and install the VB5 libraries. You can obtain the libraries as a single, self-executable file, directly from Microsoft, here:

Marty also mentioned that NextStart and Workshelf are one of the most responsive 32 bit applications you can run on WinXP x64.
