I just installed this update and now when I look at the version info, it says that region.dll, WsZip.dll and WsUnZip.dll are missing. Do I need these files for anything and if so where can I get a new copy of them from?? |

Don't worry, that's because in the latest releases those files have been moved from the Windows System folder into the Winstep folder, which is where the new Version dialog panel now expects to find them. The upgrade pak does not include those files though (they were not changed) so in your case, and in the case of all of those who installed the upgrade pak, they are still in your Windows System folder - doing their job as they should.
