For anyone who like me who did not pay enough attention as to which folders were for All Users and which ones are not, thinking Windows will simply accommodate your moving choices....

I went over the top renaming, relocating and several other 'fun' things with start menu folders, not paying close enough attention.

Should anyone get a very nasty pop-up saying 'Retry' or 'Cancel' when changing any theme as a result...
Basically, it is so well integrated, you have to set the Start Menu back.

SFC /SCANNOW in an administrative CMD prompt will fix it followed by a reboot.
Hopefully most of you do pay attention to which folder is which.

EDIT ADDITION:
Basically, the Start Menu is a lot easier to corrupt than I would have ever considered. Because any skins rely on reading the start menu, the error will definitely appear if anyone should not avoid my misjudgment.
