I'm using Nexus Ultimate with a dual monitor setup on Windows 11. The Dock is placed on my primary monitor, but I've noticed that sometimes maximized windows still cover it, as if the reserved space setting is ignored.

This usually happens after changing display settings (resolution or scale) or reconnecting the monitor. Restarting sometimes fixes it, but not always.

Is there a reliable way to ensure the Dock always stays on screen space and visible, even if the monitor configuration changes?

I think Microsoft made some changes to the appbars code (the part responsible for reserving screen area in Windows) when they meddled with the taskbar in Windows 11 and completely screwed it up. The fact that issues don't always happen is another indication...

Anyway, the next release (v25.9, due out today) should help with this.

Until then (or if it does not) add a 'Reset Reserved Screen Space' internal command (IC) to the dock. If the issue happens again, clicking this IC will make the dock reset the reserved screen space, which should resolve the issue.
