In 8.11 as well as the 9.2 beta when I right click a Nexus icon or a nexstart menu item and choose Run as the dialog box pops up normally but if I use the mouse to try and choose a different user the dialog box closes before I can enter the password for that user and the application opens as the current user. I can use the keyboard without any issues just not the mouse. If Winstep isn't running XP does not exhibit this behavior. Since I do not run XP as a user with admin capabilities and I'm an IT consultant, I use the Run as feature a great deal.
