How can I add a command that will run a java applet from the menu?

I go to this site every morning. Open the browser ...find the site .. choose the option to run a particular java applet.

What I was looking for is a straight connection to a java applet. Thanks

No idea, sorry. Maybe someone who is more familiar with Java than I can answer your question.

Jorge,

Launching an Application Using Java Web Start Software

1. From a browser: Click on a link from a web page.

2. From desktop icon: If you use an application frequently, you can create a shortcut on your desktop or in the Start Menu. Java Web Start may ask if you would like to create shortcuts or an entry in the Start Menu. If you say "yes," all future launches of the application can start without a browser.

Can also from a cache, however, its #2 Im interested in and think that will work with WinStep.

So rather than creating a shortcut into the start menu. There should be a means, similar, to my other question of putting in a url and on this instance a shortcut..

Thanks

Create the Shortcut to the Java Applet in the Start Menu and then drag that shortcut from the Start Menu into a NextSTART menu. That should work.
