I know I have requested this before by email.
But decided to give it a go and bring this up in the forums, too.

Well, I really need the functionality of being able to take the taskbar OFF screen. If I have 50 tasks open (and I hate grouping them), I would like to be able to drag the taskbar to one side of the screen, so that it would actually partially go off screen, to be able to access other tasks.

Also, hiding a particular task can be helpful sometimes

All versions of NS starting from NS3 did not have this option, which made me stay with 2.81.

I realize that newer versions have many really cool features, and I would LOVE to use them, but without the old NS2.81 functionality, I am not upgrading.

This is of course not a threat. I don't think I will scare anyone by not upgrading. This is a prayer. I really hope to see this feature reimplemented in upcoming versions of WSE...
