I would like a small utility that would copy theme settings from one theme to all themes. One of the peevs I have is that some themes have mouse over menu expansion, others have a "click to expand menu" option. Is there already a way to synch settings between all themes?

What you ask for is already there:

Open NextSTART Preferences and navigate to the Menu Preferences tab. Under 'Menu Behavior' you will see a 'Use Theme Auto Drop Down' option. Unselect it and automatic menu expansion can be controled by you (instead of the theme) using the option right under it.
