I tried E-mailing the company but they will not e-mail me back. Do I have to
rebuy the whole thing again.

Whoa Killa!

My experience with Winstep and crew has been nothing but positive. I have a feeling, that Jorge (aka Winstep) is a little busy right now, hence the lack of replies from him.

Lost reg keys are common, if you paid for it, most likely Jorge will kindly send you another one.

Now, about your computer crashing.... What exactly is the problem? Did the Winstep Suite cause a crash? Or did you lose a lot of data and your reg keys were amongst that which was lost? While crashes are frustrating, no one here can help unless we have a little bit of information.

Sorry for the delay, I was indeed busy for a couple of days.

Re-sent your keys - but keep in mind that it is always a good idea to backup registration keys into a floppy or cd-rom.
