XP SP3 - Nexus 9.6B2

Have selected - "Apply transparency to dock background only (icons remain opaque)"

Dock Effects on Mouse over = Magnify

- When moving mouse pointer across the dock - the semi transparent dock background is drawn when the pointer is between icons - but when on top of a dock icon - it is magnified, and the dock background becomes fully transparent. When the mouse pointer moves off the icon and over another gap - the dock background is drawn again.

So the effect is the dock background flickers on and off as the mouse moves across.

Unselecting the option "Apply transparency to dock background only" the problem goes away.

Problem doesn't occur when the effect is anything other than "Magnify"

So combining "magnify" effect with "transparent dock background only" dock background becomes 100% transparent when icon is magnified.

I'm running standard xp ps/2 mouse drivers - no setpoint or intellipoint rubbish installed.
