 Post subject: Cannot launch programs in taskbar

I'm not sure why, I may have accidentally clicked on something, but I cannot launch running programs sitting in the tasklist. If I disable the tasklist in the NextStart Tasklist and Systray Preferences, and go back to the regular Windows task bar, I can launch everything. I could do this before, so I think I may have clicked on something to disable launching running programs from the task list. Any ideas? :?:

Open NextSTART Preferences -> Global Preferences tab -> Mouse Settings.

What are the settings for Tasklist Actions? If they are all set to 'None', that's the problem.
