1) when i reduce the size of the icons, the toolbar background is deformed;
2) too many options in reycle bin (too cumbersome to empty);
3) on magnification i see a black trasparent halo on background (i use windows 7);
4) stacks missing;
5) theme maker missing.
Thanks for this beautiful software... i'm waiting for a new (and better) release!!!

1 - I bet you are talking about the Leopard theme. Unfortunately that has to do with the specific 3D background itself, which, due to the way backgrounds are resized to fit variable icon sizes and dock hights, ends up getting distorted with some icon sizes.

Nothing can be done about it and it will happen on any other dock featuring that particular 3D background.

2 - It's the 3rd setting on the recycle bin's context menu (same as the Windows Recycle Bin context menu). How cumbersome can it be to right click and choose Empty Recycle Bin from the context menu that pops up?

3 - I've noticed that too. Seems like a glitch in one of the GDI+ operations responsible for magnifying the icons. I'll look into it.

4 - For now you can use the Stand Alone Stacks utility, which will work with any dock.

5 - None of the existing docks have theme makers, they all relly on editing INI files. This said, Winstep Xtreme does provide skinning settings on its GUI, HOWEVER is currently in a transitional phase in which all skinning settings are being moved to a separate application in order to make things simpler. When that happens, that individual application can be used to make native Nexus themes.

1) i used other docks (stardock, rocket, xwindows etc) and only nexus have this problem...
2) i suggest to hide in a submenu the other voices and let only open and empty...
3) ...
4) i hope in a dedicated docklet...
5) I mean exactly that... a separate application...
thanks!!!

1 - I remember a thread in Wincustomize complaining about this same problem with the Leopard theme - but in relation to ObjectDock!

2 - Any particular reason why you are resisting so much to simply adapting yourself to this? :wink: Practice emptying the recycle bin in this manner for a little while and soon it will be second nature to you. :D

4 - Eventually. But, because of the standalone stacks utility, a native stacks docklet no longer has the priority it once had.

Sorry, didn't mean for my post to come out as if I took your suggestions as accusations. :D

It will get better in time, don't worry! :D
